went for my grade 4 ABRSM music theory this sat...the theory paper was very tricky...like the first question they ask you for the key of the piece and the piece had 3 sharps so it was either A major or F# minor i wanted to write A Maj but suddenly realised that there was a raised 7th in the piece meaning Raised 7th degree=harmonic key=harmonic minor so in the end wrote F# minor...whee..lucky i spotted the raised 7th. exam held at furama city center hotel grand ballroom level 5.
waiting for entrance into the ballroom in the holding area..total candidates taking ABRSM theory exam grade 1-5 is 180.
the view from my desk...lol..i really hope i get a distinction for my paper...well thats all i'm gonna post for my latest update..and also Sean was taking grade 5 on the same day as me but different place...aww..for all who dunno Sean is he is my childhood friend knew him since nursery and we both took SP class on the same day!...well thats all i have ...
oh ya..and for those who missed church yesterday u missed out on the most touching and funny sermon of my life...precher is Rev Dr David Grant..once his brother told him that if things dont get baptised they dont go to heaven .and the father had a big chicken farm at the back but no big tube of water but they had a big tub of petrol so the guy took the chickens and said i batised you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and dipped all the chickens the in tub of petrol..when the father came back and found all the chickens dead he said:Dad after i baptised them God took them away to be with him...LMAO!!!!
